Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if a request is placed within 24 hours, providing they haven’t been shipped or picked up in person.

To request a cancellation, click the link in your order confirmation email or visit your account page. 

Guarantee

All HaCo Baby Booties are guaranteed for life against manufacturer’s defects. Non-slip soles also come with a 30 day warranty. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or colour, we allow returns and exchanges on our products. Shipping for returns and exchanges, outside of booties covered by our guarantee, is at the buyer’s expense.

We urge you to confirm the correct size and style before ordering.
